Fake, rushed and AI-written answers, flagged before they skew your results.

Describe a form and SiliForm writes and designs it. Every response is then scored, with the reasons shown.

Example briefs and responses. The create sheet and quality labels are the real ones; a real run writes from your own description.

How every response is checked.

A CAPTCHA stops bots at the door. Most bad data comes from what gets through: speeders, straight-liners, duplicates, fake contact details and answers pasted from a chatbot. SiliForm checks for them in four layers, from the first keystroke to shortly after submit, and every flag names its reason.

  1. While they answer

    Every plan

Junk gets a second chance before it's sent

Text, email and phone answers are checked against the question as people go. Placeholders get a polite Reconsider or Submit anyway, and bots meet a hidden trap.

    • Placeholder and disposable emails, checked before any AI call
    • Fake-looking phone numbers and keyboard mashing
    • A hidden honeypot and a rate limit, with a list to rescue real people the trap caught
  2. While they type, if you turn it on

    Pro

    How each answer was written

Optional signals spot answers that arrive the way pasted chatbot text does. No keystrokes or answer text are stored, and no single signal flags a response on its own.

    • Pasted in after switching tabs
    • Typing rhythm that doesn't look human
    • Answered faster than the question can be read
    All 6 checks
    • Switched away, came back and pasted
    • Answer mostly pasted rather than typed
    • Typing rhythm inconsistent with human input
    • Answered faster than the question can be read
    • Section answered faster than it can be read
    • Long answer typed with no edits or corrections

Clean numbers in one switch

Turn on “Exclude flagged” and every analytics chart and KPI leaves flagged responses out. Your Excel export can leave them out too, or export one quality tier on its own.

Nothing is deleted and nobody is blocked: flags are for you to review, and any label you set by hand wins everywhere.

Built to respect respondents

  • No keystrokes or answer text are collected for behaviour analysis, and its data is purged after 30 days by default.
  • Respondents in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland accept or decline before anything is collected.
  • One switch turns timing and behaviour analysis off for forms that may include under-18s.
  • Anonymous forms store no location, device, browser or traffic source.

Written and designed from your description.

Art drawn for each form, not picked from a shelf.

One prompt gives you sections, questions, branching and scoring. A second pass picks one of 17 themes, draws its design panels, finds photos and writes the welcome and end screens.

Everything stays editable in a builder that autosaves as you go, and AI can add questions to one section without touching the rest.

Or start from one of 48 templates
  • Midnight for “Qualify leads for our design studio: budget, timeline and who signs off.”
  • Slate Pro for “Screen participants for a UX study about budgeting apps.”
  • Sunrise for “Guest feedback for our neighbourhood restaurant.”
  • Ocean for “RSVP for our beach wedding in Goa.”

Swipe for the other three examples.

Asked like a conversation.

  • One question at a time, each reworded around the answers already given, and back to your wording if the AI is slow.
  • Spoken or typed. A microphone button turns speech into the answer, where the browser supports it.
  • Saved on every step, so a closed tab isn't a lost response.

Try it here: this lead form runs on the same engine as a published one.

What problem are you trying to solve?

Live: AI rewords each question and checks answers as you go. Nothing is saved.

And the rest of a form builder.

Questions before you sign up

How does SiliForm decide a response is low quality?

On Pro, each response starts at 100 and loses points for specific problems: answering faster than the questions can be read, picking the same option down a grid, duplicates, disposable emails, gibberish, failed attention checks, automated browsers and, if you turn it on, behaviour such as pasting after switching tabs. Below 60 it is flagged with the reasons. Flags are advisory: nothing is deleted and nobody is blocked, and you can change any label by hand.

Can SiliForm tell if an answer was written by ChatGPT?

It can flag it for you to review. An AI pass marks long answers that read as machine-written, and optional behaviour signals catch the way pasted answers arrive: switching away and coming back with a finished answer, long text with no edits, or answering faster than the question can be read. No single signal flags a response on its own, and the flag always says why.

How is this different from a CAPTCHA or spam filter?

A CAPTCHA or spam filter stops bots at the door. Most bad data comes from what gets through: people speeding or clicking the same option down a grid, duplicate entries, fake contact details and answers pasted from a chatbot. SiliForm keeps a honeypot and rate limit for bots on every plan, adds bot detection at submit on Pro, and scores every response for the rest, with the reasons shown.

What does the free plan include?

Unlimited forms and responses, all 18 field types, AI form and design generation, the conversational form, analytics, Excel export, HubSpot, Google Sheets, webhooks, custom links, QR codes and embeds, and 100 MB of file storage. It doesn't expire.

What does Pro add, and what happens after the trial?

Response quality scoring and AI-assistance detection, drop-off, geography and UTM analytics, AI summaries, a custom domain, badge removal, teams and 10 GB of storage. New accounts get Pro for 14 days without a card; after that you stay on Free and keep every form and response. Pro is $29/month or $228/year.

What happens after I sign up?

You answer three short questions (your role, what you'll use forms for, how you heard about us), then describe your form or pick a template. The builder opens with the questions and design in place, and you can preview it as a respondent before you publish.

Does AI write the form, or do I?

Both. AI drafts the questions, logic and design from your description; you edit anything in the builder. On the live form, AI rewords each question around the answers so far, and falls back to your wording if it is slow.

What do respondents see, and what is collected about them?

A link, one question at a time, no account. Behaviour analysis is off unless you turn it on, it never stores keystrokes or answer text, and respondents in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first. You can also make a form anonymous, or mark it as possibly including under-18s, which switches timing analysis off.

Can I move from Typeform or Google Forms?

There's no automatic import. Paste your existing questions into the AI generator to rebuild the form, or follow the step-by-step import guides.
